We collaborate with you to create a customised exit interview and user-friendly exit survey to suit your organisation. Departing employees will have the opportunity to provide feedback via both an online survey and exit interview – an approach that has shown demonstrated increases in participation. We collate the feedback from departing employees, providing a monthly or quarterly report, complete with actionable recommendations. Minimum 6-month commitment required.

What happens after I make the payment?

After successfully making a payment, you will receive an email including details of how to arrange an exit interview(s) for your departing employees. You don’t need to provide employee details at this stage. If you have not received an email within 24 hours of your payment, contact us via info@hatchsolutions.com.au.

Can I pay on invoice?

Yes! We offer invoice payment options. Simply send us an email at info@hatchsolutions.com.au and we’ll promptly send you an invoice for payment.
