Michelle Pedersen is the Managing Director of Hatch Solutions, an NT-based consultancy that helps businesses attract, retain and sustain their workforce.

As a business owner herself, Michelle appreciates the effort it takes to find and keep good people. She knows first-hand that it’s not just bonuses and fancy coffee machines that keep good people — there’s a lot more to it.

Originally from New Zealand, Michelle now calls Darwin home. She’s been in the NT for over 12 years and is familiar with the challenges that businesses in the region face.

She’s worked with organisations big and small and has seen what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to building a strong workforce. And she’s excited to share those secrets with you in this practical, hands-on business workshop.
